IICSR organized National Summit on EISD – 2017 in association with Federation of Indian  Minerals Industries (FIMI) at Taj Mahal Hotel, Man Singh Road, Delhi on 9 September, 2017.​

 

The Chief Guest of the event was Shri. Chaudhury Birendra Singh, Minister of Steel,  Government of India. The event was marked with release of compendium on Extractive  Industry and Sustainable Development and was hoisted with dignitaries such as  Secretary Environment, Government of India, Joint Secretary Mines, Government of  India, Former Secretary Coal, Environment, Chairman APIM, CEO Worckhardt Hospitals,  Director MIT-Pune, Sustainability Director FIMI, Director of Mines FICCI, President of  Coal Producers Association and more.
