We were truly inspired by the transformational initiatives:

🔹 Project Aakarshan – Empowering over 17,000+ youth and women across rural and semi-urban India, with a remarkable 70% employment rate. Operating in 5 states, across 7 skilling centres and 5 trades, this project is shaping livelihoods and futures.

🔹 Project Saksham – A visionary initiative that has upskilled 22,856 Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), with 1,000+ already employed at Spark Minda Foundation. Its impact spans Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Maharashtra, Jammu & Kashmir, and even beyond borders — in Indonesia and Vietnam.

These are the stories that drive change, grounded in action, compassion, and long-term vision.
