Introduction to ESG concepts, ESG risks and opportunities, stakeholder engagement, materiality assessment, ESG gap analysis, regulatory preparedness, ESG strategy and implementation roadmap, basics of climate change, circular economy, water management, and impact measurement & management.
ESG Frameworks, Reporting & Governance
ESG standards, frameworks and disclosures including GRI, IR, BRSR, SASB, ESG ratings such as MSCI and Sustainalytics, GHG accounting (Scope 1, 2 & 3), ESG indicators and scorecard development, human capital management, professional ethics, corporate governance, and sustainability/ESG ratings.
Climate Risk, Sustainability & Assessment
Climate risk mitigation, climate models and scenario analysis, sustainable finance, ESG analysis and performance reporting, addressing ESG assessment challenges, advanced ESG investment strategies, climate-related standards and disclosures, course closure, dissertation work, Q&A sessions, and certification.
