Masters in CSR and Sustainability

This course strengthened my perspective, offering deeper insights into CSR, ESG, SROI (Social Return on Investment), BRSR (Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting), responsible governance, impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, community development and participatory approaches — every module connected back to the questions that continue to guide my work:
 🎯 How do we design programmes that truly reflect what communities need?
 📈 How do we measure outcomes that matter, not just what's easy to report?
 🤝 How do we build partnerships rooted in shared purpose, built to last?

Sixteen years in, I don't have all the answers. But I have learned that asking better questions with a sustainability mindset — is where meaningful, lasting programming begins.

To the faculty and fellow learners at IICSR Institute — thank you for the rigour, and for the perspectives that challenged the way I have long thought about the development sector. Learning alongside practitioners from such diverse contexts made every session richer, and every conversation a chance to unlearn, question, and rethink
